Cardinal Singing on TV Antenna

I was making a BBQ in my back yard and this beautiful Cardinal was up on my TV antenna singing a beautiful song.

Hi Jack,

Yes the DAT-75 antenna is used for the reception of HD Digital TV here in the Mississauga area. It does a nice job with the hard to get Buffalo stations as it's up on a 45 foot tower along with a 30 Mbit full duplex point-to-point microwave radio linkup that connects me to my datacenter 5 K from here.

I happened to stumble across this i am so glad I did. I have been wanting to add an antenna and didn't know what was best. This gives me a little more info.

PS does anyone know how to keep the damn birds off my roof and antenna? They are very annoying.

shoo, shoo... I'm trying to dx - you're screwing it up :P

you should get a non-yagi antenna as your next - keep in mind yagi's (especially that one built for europe) are made for the high end of UHF - which isn't in the US anymore
