This is Tishala singing along to the Karaoke track for the Trisha Yearwood song Baby You Can Sleep While I drive. I think it was originally written by Melissa Ethridge. Melissa has an incredible gift for writing songs about your hearts obsession. They dont sound like normal love songs, but they describe the longing we have all felt a time or two. I recorded this while lying in the bathtub. I dont know why...I just wanted a different angle. The problem was..I kept slipping. I had to use my feet to get a firm grip or I would have slid right out of the cameras view.

  • Incredible. You are as good if not better than Trisha on this one. I am totally intrigued by your voice and the emotion behind your phrasing in the songs. You're awesome. You have a gift.

  • I didn't think I'd like this song more than Etheridge's rendition until I heard your voice. Get out there! More need to hear you! Local clubs...whatever.
