The scrap yard is a cool idea, but are you at all worried it might undermine your main business. For example if people see a reasonable scrap yard army for a fraction of the price of a custom BTP army (on the very same web-site) might they be tempted to plump for that instead? Don't want the scrap yard to get out of controls such that it devours the main BTP business and BTP simply becomes a major entrepot of the secondary market.
