Baltimore. You either love it or you hate it. Big city environment with a small town feeling. That's what I love about this place.

Actually, he was born and raised in the DC suburbs. So, he has some perspective.

He is so right, the only way to find the best part of true Baltimore is to steer clear of the Inner Harbor in general, it could have been built in any city with some sort of waterfront, and besides that it is not even the nicest part of the city any more.
