I TAKE OUT ALL FIVE SNIPS THEFOUR IN THE BUILDINGS AND ONE IN THE GROUND BUT IT NEVER SES MISSION COMPLEAT

just use the word weal in the cheats area and you get all weapons. infinate ammo: amin

restart the game dude i think thts the best thing to do unless u saved the game before that point where u hav to use sniper on them
