In this video episode I do a follow-up to the previous episode LivePA. I share the process on how I put it together, and speak to the idea of standardizing the process to make it easier to switch between patterns. It's a mix of music, information, and all round fun. If you make music, sequence live, and are wondering how to turn your music into a seemless set, give this show a peek and check out the live recording of 'Forward Looking Back'.

  • Nice Al Nafyishesque pads from the Nord. How

tweakable is the Nord once you leave the editor?

The jokers from Gearwire Crosstalk need to watch

    this.

  • The Nord is amazing.... you map the knobs to whatever parameter you want to use. an amazing synth!

  • I dont see why not...I do exactly the same thing on my MPC-2000XL but dont bother with the 2500...modern junk, the 4000 was the last great MPC made by Akai

  • It certainly is but and I am not shitting you go try a Mk1 original nord modular, it sounds so much more raw and imo better.

For sure the new gen G2 can do more but I love the sound of the first gen modulars, gona buy one again soon.

  • very nice

  • can you do all this that u showed on the mpc 2500

  • You're waaay to nice dude.

  • damn i need an mpc 4000 and a nord but for hip hop mixing
