You do know Mcdonalds pouches their eggs? You`re suppose to add water then put the lid on, that way it steams the top of the egg n you don`t have to flip it over!!!

Try adding a bit of water after about a minute and replace the lid. The steam will cook the top of the egg while the bottom is cooking. This will take less time and you will not have to flip it.
