  • @ioriorioriorio Once the switch was made to the Chrysler TorqueFlite 727, there were very few problems.

  • I'd love to have that car!

  • The Torque Command automatic transmission (which replaced the Flash-O-Matic, a Borg-Warner design which really was the weakest link on early AMCs) was the Chrysler TorqueFlite, which was darn near bulletproof! Torque Command debuted with the 1965 models, if I recall correctly...

  • You couldn't make this commercial today. All the secular progressives would ask: Who's Noah?

  • I hope the old has an aftermarket transmission because thats the weak link on those old full size A.M.C.s!!
