    no...you don't need to eat that much protein. go ask a nutritionist, personal trainers are not nutritionists and if they are telling you that then they are out of line with their education. i took personal trainer specific courses in college and that was one of the first things they told us, "do not prescribe or endorse dietary information unless you have a nutrition degree." but i do agree with you...arroz con pollo and/or eggs is much better than protein supplements and bars.

  • @LongHairRocker despite it looking a bit weird, it actually feels quite natural and you stay quite rigid.

  • This is the biggest load of balls I ever watched...if you're leaning back with 'textbook barbell curl stance', then you simply have too much weight on...it doesn't matter how much weight you can put, just keep good form. This is much too risky...

  • This guy is ripped, what are you guys talking about? The point of the video is to show posture and form and the correct way to do the work out, not have some meat head doing 4 reps with poor form.
