  • Pretty cool, but that is an odd choice of distros. Can you please explain why you picked those particular distrobutions?

On my Toshiba laptop, I am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate, Ubuntu 10.10, Mint 9, Debian Stable, and Mandriva. All are 64 bit. I use a custom GRUB (bootloader). All of the OSs are installed on the internal hard disk. Each is on it's own partition. I also have the bootloader locked down with a password, as to prevent unauthorized access to failsafe modes of linux.

  • you should try to install linux ;)

  • Not for me. I couldn't get all of my hardware to work in Ubuntu. I probably could if I replaced my hardware that Ubuntu doesn't currently support. I also haven't become experienced enough using Wine and I need a lot of my Windows programs.
