  • It depends. When you juice a fruit or a veggie you extract the vitamins, minerals, enzymes but you do not get any of the fibers. If you are on a juicing fasting, you definitely want nothing in your body but juice, so your body can process all the toxins. Hope that helps...

  • I was told that by juicing..u loose the fiber. Also..add green vegetables to the fruit.

  • you can still juice it but WITH THE SKIN ON. cuz that's where it vitamins are sweety!

  • I think it's better to eat the whole fruit instead of juicing it because when you juice it you tend to lose the fibers in the pulp of the fruits. The more fiber you consume, the fuller you will feel. Also it contains less calories than the juiced fruit. Haha, I sound like a nerd but I just learnt this stuff in university so it's still fresh in my head! But I think it's up to you, no matter what you're still on the right track of a healthy lifestyle :)

  • well by juicing you are basically making it easier for your body to just take in the nutrients. Your digestive system doesnt have to work to break down the fruit. But i would suggest not having soo much fruit. I would do something like kale, spinach, and apple. Even carrot is high in sugar so you shouldn't mix carrots and another fruit. If you are only juicing fruit then your not getting the benefits of veggies!! :) Try doing research on different juices and benefits that your juice can bring u!

  • Supposedly it's "better" to eat them whole because by juicing them your lose a lot of the fiber..but seriously I'd rather get all my fruit/veggies done in one or two juices than spend and hour eating all that shit lol..better than nothing you know
