@crissglitch666 stretching is huge, along with at least 20 min to warm up...and keep your grip relaxed. other than that if your trying to put on a high energy show just find what makes you the most motivated and let loose. for me, I picture taking everything and everyone I hate in the world, smashing it to a million pieces, lighting it on fire then pissing on the ashes...then I just let that vent out.

Ok This is pretty cool. I have never seen a drummer do a view like this. Ben you guys are awesome and I look forward to the next time you guys come to Louisiana! Maybe you will even be properly mixed!

@TheGooseTavern its so he can hear what the other guys are playing. 1 because sometimes the crowd is screaming too loud and 2 because his instrument is so loud that he can't hear without them
