  • @DefectedHuman depends on your goals. for bodybuilding, 8-12 reps are best, for max strength 1-5 and for conditioning more than 15.

  • but i don't understand , instead of pushing with two 40KGs , only twice isn't it better to do few solid reps with a lighter weight ?

  • Imho, pressing is dannger for joints(kettbell isn`t for it), everyone jerks :)
