In July 2011, seven young men from the Thomas Deacon Academy, Peterborough cycled from Coast to Coast between Seascale and Scarborough a total of 164 miles in three days. Their route took in the beautiful Hardknott Pass a 1 in 3 gradient climb for over a mile. Their aim was to raise money for charity and to celebrate the life of one of their teachers who had passed away in October the previous year. They accomplished both tasks and this is a short video to celebrate their success.
