@carsanookdotcom Pink Floyd's "Hey You" SUCKS??? Sorry, most people definately do NOT agree with you!!
Its a classic...from "The Wall"...an album full of classics. Try listening again, and check the lyrics too. Hauntingly appropriate for this vid.

Well done.

@CrashN2Me1000 the human body is mostly water, & if u believe in evolution, water is where we came from. The human fetus is "in water" for 9 months till birth - More people love the water than don't, but yes, water signs, like Pisces, Scorpio, Cancer - may feel a special affinity for it, being ruled by that element, but astrology is much more complicated than just your birth sign. Pisces with certain other planetary influences may even HATE water!! But I think mystery is the main attraction!

@Bhav341 I feel the same way. Whether it's the ocean or the lake, or a pool even, I always feel more calm and tranquil when I'm near water. I think my fascination with all things water, is due to the fact that I'm a PISCES. Makes sense to me, anyway!

@CrashN2Me1000 It's the water aspect, the mystery and power and unknown vastness that is the world's oceans. We know more about the moon than we do the deepest part of our oceans. We fear & are fascinated by that which we have no control over.
The wrecks I think of are the ones in deeper water...down there on the bottom, never to be seen again...what it is like down there, the silence and darkness, hard to even imagine.
I love the ocean, have lived near it all my life - but I respect it too.

When will the amateur "video producers" of YouTube realize that slapping down a few still photos, cross-fading between them, and putting some popular music behind it does not make it a video?

Thank you for posting. I'm just so strangely captivated by these things and I see that I'm not the only one. I wonder what it is that fascinates us so.... What draws us close to the wake of disasters such as the Titanic and Edmund Fitzgerald and so on. Maybe it's just human nature. Maybe it's the stories and the people attatched to these doomed vessels. Or maybe it's simply because shipwrecks are like ghosts which EVERYONE can see.
By the way, the one @ 2:20 has a face.
Maybe "sndudley" is the professional video producer, but it would not bother me if you called it a slideshow! The term "video" has come to refer to slideshows too. There was something you did not like in this video, my friend. Tell us what it is and take the opportunity to show us some of your "videos"!

I come to think that it must be really difficult to control a ship in really bad weather, and if you are near land, well, you see the results...
