Video made to support an auction. This is not about talking but showing the sound. Laney GH100L, Soldano 412, Line6 m13 - (delay/reverb/mods and colordrive sim on the first drive sounds)
Guitar is in perfect condition, set up to 10-46.
Line6's noisegate suckd a little of sustain. Ibanez JEM 7V (only 7v) has its own distinctive huge tone, very different from basswood JEMs.

  • @bdalchow You're absolutely right - Jem 7v is the real workhorse. Auction was hung on ebay two times... nobody was interested so I trade it for Fender Jeff Beck, which has narrower neck. I have some videos of Jem with EVH III amp, I'll upload them ;)

  • Yes the 7v certainly speaks for itself and it has a stratty sound on steroids, cuts thru the mix beautifully. The alder body guitars are so much better than the basswood, it's my preference, they sing nicely. They are expensive but in my experience they are worth it, well made and good materials make this guitar. Did you sell it?
