I have a question, Your Netbook is HP 210 no? Is the same as the HP 110 but the 210 has a better memory no?

RAM doesn't effect the bootup time, the hard drive does

The boot process doesn't typically exceed 1gb in memory. Upgrading will give you very little results unless if you're scaling up the bus speed of your memory.
Increasing memory typically only affects how many things you can be running at once, how many programs and browser tabs you can have open, etc.
