@mhmcupcakes I say yes! some days i'm more stiff than others, especially if I take a day or two off from yoga, so I have to bend my knees. keep working on the downward dog, and your muscles will grow back stronger, even if you have to bend your knees <3

I have a BIG problem with the " downward dog" Like, my arms start to shake and stuff.. Is it ok if i bend the legs a little bit instead? Someone answer, please!
