That is because Brennan got destroyed by UGA's defensive line the entire game and his body was broken. Graunke came in and played against their second and third string.

OSU wasn't as fast or as good as Georgia. Hawaii could have hung with them.

Why? He had an awesome season, took Hawaii to the Sugar Bowl and was third in the Heisman voting. He got to stay another year in Hawaii (paradise), surrounded by great people who treated him like a god as opposed to going to a play where no one really likes you, and he got his college degree.
I would take that every time.

I always admire players who finish their college careers. Breenan. Both Peyton and Eli Manning. Tebow. it shows loyalty. If I were an NFL recruiter I'd only try to recruit College Grads.
