Wooden clock

I want to build a wooden clock just to learn how to do it. And here is my first clock. A little rattle, maybe because some parts are too loosely fittet. Plans from Brian Laws woodenclocks.

what is the run time for this clock? the design looks similar to the wrebbit paper clock which would only run a few hours. Does this one run a day? Awesome work btw. Just the project I am looking for

How is the pendulum attached to the escape?

I can't find that in the drawings i downloaded from internet.

In the drawing it seems that the pendulum is only attached to the pendulum hanger.

But the pendulum needs to be attached to the escape. Or am i wrong?
