  • This was definitely one of the darkest movies I ever saw. Not just because of the horrible murders at the beginning, but also because of the grim atmosphere it sets up & the insights into mental illness. The soundtrack was also very disturbing.

  • another slasher flick from the 70's!!!

  • très inquiétante film!

  • @cartoonfan29 I totally agree with you 100% they keep remaking films what happened to originality? I guessed it got lost when the 2,000 came lets hope that some day a film will come out this time that will be like it use to be. Some kids don't realize with out the old stuff there would be no horror and whats up with the cgi blood? it looks so fake.

  • I want to see this one and maybe if I like it add it to my collection I need more in my horror library

  • Id love to add this one to my cheese n sleaze collection.

  • Is this the one where a lady moves in an older building thats being renovated.

  • grindhouse movies FTW

  • @TheYogtzeConspiracy Think "Texas Chainsaw Massacre."

  • I dont get it so many people bad mouth retro or classic horror movies from the 90's and 80's and 70's and even older but they are alot better then the horror want to bees of the 2000's the stuff they are making is just cgi garbage its not even horror it just blow. You want to see the real thing watch 90's 80's 70's 60's 50's and even before the 50's the stuff thats coming out now for horror about 95 percent of it is a joke.

  • @TheYogtzeConspiracy

Tobe Hooper, he remade this TCM rip-off and made a great remake that paid homage to this movie to show his love for the original and he's a horror auteur much like when Carpenter remade The Thing or Cronenberg when remade The Fly
