does the av cable come with your xbox?

@ZWGameplay You know the cable that you use that you plug in the back of you xbox and then you plug into your tv (red, white, yellow cables). You use that. This method only works with an hdtv. You plug in the red,green,blue cables into the back of you tv and the white,red,yellow cables into your capture card. Hope this helps :)
