This video documents 12 days of gelatin-rich bone broth from the same bones. What a nourishing, frugal discovery!
Bone broth is a tasty way to pack your meals with nutrition. We keep a dedicated crock pot brewing, providing us with a constant source of bone broth. We stew bones until they fall apart or until we are tired of them.
Usually after the first two batches of broth from one set of bones, we use the rest of the batches to cook beans and grains. This video describes an exception: We got 12 batches of gelatin bone broth from the same bones. Wow.
@Fatal616 you are ignorant.

@lycheesack - she added a video that talks about it - the vinegar helps pull the calcium and other minerals out of the bones.

That's very interesting! What does the cider vinegar do to the beef feet, do they help with 'purging' impurities or anything of the sorts like blood or something thanks!
