  • Thank you. That was very good to hear. Your flavor addiction is different than mine but from what you've said your mind works the same way as mine. I need to find a way to get through that 10-15 minutes that if I succumb to it I can kiss goodbye to several hundred dollars, a days works, or maybe 2, friends, family, any commitment really. Nothing will matter for a day or so if I can't ge through that 10-15. And guess what, I can't. Trying though...

  • I agree with Fran, and this kind of links to my video about feelings. That you can try to just breath through them, ease the impulse and in many ways be mindful, to help you through the urges. Great video Sara xoxo

  • Wonderful video as always love! You seem to be very aware of your thoughts and urges. So great!

  • lol...thank you...

My kitties always seem to find some way to sneak into the camera shot, no matter what I do I always see one of them acting nutzo behind me.... kinda like "ohh, she's using the webcam, quick lets go do something stupid behind her..."

    LOL

  • thanks :)

  • :) Yeah, usually a few minutes of "girl talk" with one of my friends helps. What can I say, talking about guys can be good in so many ways. LOL

  • Well, sometimes we will slip and go back to the behavior... we are humans and there's no such thing as a perfect recovery process.

That's so true... it's the immediate response. Or, as my dietician says, wait for 10 mins... then it will go away.

Having someone you can rely on is gold... I always try to call a friend when I have the urge to do something bad to myself.

  • You seem to have a good understanding ot the interrelationship of binging with other aspects of you life. Good Answer

Your kitty is cool. Amazing how many cats make cameo appearances on YT vids!
