Hi there Jeff. Lovely car and I love watching this video despite the car was prolly sold long ago. I watch this to help keep me inspired with my 1963SS / 327 / 4 Speed.
I simply wanted to state that the numbers within the code 875 = the color and wont have relevence to it being a SS. If within the serial number, there's "47" and the plate at the engine area has "3Z" this will proove it's a SS.
Please know, I don't doubt it's not an SS. Just wanted to add the technical details : )

1963 SS had a factory tach in the dash. 1962 had from the factory S&W 6 grand tach

It kills me knowing that these are getting harder and harder to find in such pristine shape. It'd definately be worth the drive from the west coast to buy this car, good luck to you Jeff, Ill be saving =)
