DataGlass, a small monocular lens head mounted display for wearable PC was developed based on the concepts: "wear data glass, access information and reference any time anywhere for forerunners of the time" and "carry PC anywhere, anytime"
The data glass lets users check their PC anytime in various places. As it is dust and water proof, the data glass can be taken outside and can withstand rain coming in from all directions and even under harsh condition s as dusty construction site.
The lens is available for either left or right eye wear and can be worn with regular glasses.
When connected to a PC via analogue RGB in the SVGA mode, users will be able to see a 10 inch-wide screen monitor 60cm in front of them. In the VGA mode, the monitor is around 8 inch-wide screen. The data glass only weighs 120grams and drives by USB bus power, so that it can be used in a variety of environment.

I have the older model. The Shimadzu dataglass 2/A. The display it's self is great. It's 800X600. The screen is a little cramped, but text is easy enough to read and works fine. The downsides though, it's not water resistant like this one. Also, the head mount is rather uncomfortable. Right now I am playing around with a hat mount. Eventually I will have all the bugs worked out and have a practical wearable computer.
