You are a Goddess!! This just couldn't get any better...except maybe with your suggestion of macs and dried cranberries. Looking forward to trying them shortly on phase 3.

Do you subtract the calories from your 500? Or just do your regular meals with these on top?

Recipe: 2 c cocoa powder, 2 c coconut oil, 16 packets or 29 mini scoops stevia (my favorite is the NUStevia brand), 5 second squirt of agave syrup, (optional dash cinnamon or cayenne pepper which is an appetite supressant) Enjoy! Great P3 treat!

CD can be added occasionally for some people. I suggest try eating 1 piece in a day and see what your weight does. You don't need to subtract the calories.

I melt the coconut oil by putting the container in a pan of water on the stove. Then I pour it into the bowl with the cocoa powder and stevia and whisk it. Pour it into a baking dish and stick it in the freezer. Once hard, I take a butter knife and break it into pieces. Not as pretty as Shannonblogs but yummy. Sometimes I add some cinnamon or cayenne. Check out Shannonblogs CD recipes. They are great. Also some cocoa powder is darker than others. I like a darker variety.

I eat a few small pieces a day. Everyone's different so experiment to see what works for you.
