Rick Scott utilized his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination 75 times (in a row) in a 2000 deposition. Questions he plead the 5th to included ones like "Did you ever hold the position of CEO at Columbia/HCA?" Unfortunately, not everyone fully understands the gravity of pleading the fifth when you are a suspect. Hopefully this video will put things in perspective. There is another deposition he gave just months before announcing his candidacy for Governor. Why won't he release it? What else is he hiding?

Read the 2000 deposition for yourself:

  • Interesting, so all the people who are guilty chose to plead the 5th, hell anyone who does should just be found guilty.

  • One of Monica Googling's former Law Professors defended her decision to take the 5'th. "I said, you go girlfriend! I'd do the same thing. I'll do it every time." -- James Duane.
