Do you have advice for me? See, i cannot catch the bar to my shoulder chest area from clean, it hurts my shoulders and throat so much.. So i cannot therefore FS at all.. even 50kg at my chest hurts pretty bad.. What can i do? Just try and try?

@HeangKoing Yeah i train with him from time to time, really strong guy. Provides good advice when i do train with him but he isn't around much anymore. I've been training this way for about a year now. I'm gunna start a log on t-nation under oly-ali

@kinkykirby 95.85kg at yesterdays comp, based in Woking, train at Woking, Surrey Sports Park and St Marys. Do you know Peter B? He is a good OLifter at Bath, use to play Rugby as well.

@cyspy sort of, I go to a 3rm FS, try to increase 1-2kg a week, Sn heavy, C&J heavy, try to add 1-2kg on to my PB, just keep going, you will get it, as the FS increases it will pull up the Sn and the CJ. When you can FS 175 for a triple, Cj 155 will be much easier, much more in the tank after the Clean.
