La Park Adolfo Tapia was the original but Antonio Pena AAA signed forms behind Adolfo Tapia's back and got the rights tonthe gimmick, at the time Adolfo was with WcW and upon his tenure with WCW he returned to Mexico to find out that the character he created was no longer his so he had no other choice but to modify his name and image.

At first LA park was la Parka but for copyright upon losing a match he was basically forced to not use the 'character' nor the name again, so another person 'became' La Parka, and he changed his name to L. A. (la autentica / the authentic) Park. Now he was given an opportunity to fight for the right to use again his name, or so it seems will be the point of it...
