The purpose of this exercise is to strengthen eye muscles and improve concentration and focus. Maintaining your head position, look up then look down. Look to the right, then look to the left. Look at the top right in a diagonal position. Then bottom left. Look at the top left then bottom right. Look up, roll your eyes clockwise then counterclockwise.

  • I have strabismus and i was wondering for how long i have to do this a day, and how much weeks or months would it take for it to go back straight

  • This exercises is great for treating cross-eye and problems with focusing. A good combination to it would be PALMING from Bates' method.
