Someone till the director that this wide breaks with no clutch is for automatic cars , and automatic cars dont have manual gear transmitter :D

What's weird is when I was a kid and watched this I was all, "Why would you take a car set up for drag racing to a mountain road race against a midengine car dressed up like a GTP race car?" and "Why do movie cars always have a 'now I'm serious' gear for cars to shift into while they chase" and now I'm older and I watch it thinking, "Neat, fast cars..."
