I use both Reason and Cubase. Using both of them you can create literally anything.

@MomoTheBellyDancer there is. create the an RPG-8 track and then right click on the PRG-8 and "copy pattern to track"

Is there any possibility to record the output of the arpeggiator?

only with Rewire plugin and another software. reason only works with midi. you can output everything for Sonar for example. and record in it.
