As per our very own laws on torture, water boarding IS illegal and IS torture!! There are no different types of water boarding. If it was always legal to use water boarding, of course we should do it, but the law is the law. Break one law, why not break them all, we can always justify it, doesn't mean we should though. If i have a good reason to rob a bank, such as, my wife needed life saving surgery, should i be arrested? My reason was to save a life, right?
