Shooting a Public Defender

Our first time shooting the Taurus Judge Public Defender model, a shorter, more compact version of the standard Taurus Judge five shot .410 / .45 long colt revolver

We shot four rounds of 000 shot
These contain three .36 cal lead balls.

The results were a very large spread with a lot of the shot leaving the target or barely hitting

This shoot did not make the short barrel judge Public Defender look very impressive with 000 shot.

Oh yeah, try the PDX1 Ammo in this gun, I bet you will will find the Winchester PDX1 round much more lethal and practical for self defense in this type of gun.

This gun is supposed to pattern this way with shot ammo. If you want to shoot a tight pattern, shoot .45lc. Nothing wrong with the gun.

A very poorly done review......you're essentially shooting a pistol-shotgun, aiming at the target's SHOULDER? And then complaining that you're only striking with 2 balls, and that it's not a concentrated group? HELLO, the weapon has a 2 in. barrel, it is SUPPOSED to scatter wide. Gimme a break......try going back to basic class and re-learn the fact that you should always fire center mass, not at body parts......It's a personal close-range defense weapon, not a sniper rifle.

All that are complaining about acc. And range on this vid need to remember. Its a self def gun and it says in description its his first time shooting the gun...could need some sight adjustment or some practice but how many of us have rooms bigger than 20 feet across? 7 yd shot is all the more that's needed

this is not a range gun. It is a home defence gun meant to put giant holes in evil people at close range. A 12 pd pull has u thinking clearly at who u want to kill. One hole from this hand cannon and its over. The deffening bang if u miss will have a home invader jumping thru windows to get the hell away. women and girly men use both hands or look for the gun in the dark in back of u later. or everyone just buy a shotun for that classic shuck shuck to make a skumbag home invader shit himself.

@toolkien aye, people can rip it because of range etc, but its not a long range gun. its like saying .223 is a bad round because the spread is too small :P

@gshdrums most self defense shootings are within that distance anyhow :P, thats why we dont carry scoped rifles for self defense.

Thing is like a modern blunderbus. You should be able to stuff zombie parts into that thing and shoot it LOL
