'Take Me Instead' is from Blackbeard, and my favorite track on the album. 'S pretty.

And yes, I know there are people out there who think it would better fit for Will to sing. Here's the thing...no.

Let's be honest. If I owned 'Pirates', Will and Elizabeth would have never married. Ergo, I don't own it. I just borrow--without permission--but with every intention of bringing it back.

Every year the Madrigals at my school have cabaret night where every member of Madrigals sings a duet and the seniors sing a solo. Our teacher also sings one sing. This past year he sang "Take Me Instead" from Blackbeard. It was amazing.

Interesting idea.I'm not a big fan of Jack and Elizabet together but you really did a good job with this.Although the song is a little "too heroic" for Jack ;) And did I mention I'm really starting to like "Blackbeard" musical ^_~

I know it's a little "heroic" for him, but it seemed to fit at the time. Plus, there weren't any other people shown in prison as much, so footage was easier.

I can't help it, but every time I think about Maynard and Anne, I keep thinking: "There everything that Norrington and Elizabeth couldn't be." Other than that great job.

I'm thinking that when I do the video for the World Premiere Cast, I'll do Norrington and Lizzie. Unless I get better Sparrabeth ideas, in which case I'll go with the more beloved shipping.
