FAKE, he's using update trick v2.5, then pressing the Vol. + Button to activate it and make the RSOD. Thats why he pushes the Vol. + button when it turns on.

I have OFW, and I didnt download anything that people have mentioned in the comments either. Whenever I use my UMDs, they played fine, but now they freeze after about 5-30 mins. I was using my gba emulator and i hit the power button to put it on standby. It works fine when I use it again, but then I turned it on & nothing happened. No screen or sound just power light. Now It does then when I start the psp no buttons work, and I just got the red screen but only when I try to start the UMD.
