What's wrong with people these days..do they think you just start wailing like Bruce Lee the first day of training?

  • I've seen varsity taekwondo athletes do variations of this drill.

  • Im looking to start Martial Arts.

but im not quite sure where to start, there isnt really any martial arts training facilities in my area.

i want to begin with basic drills and techniques from home, what do you recommened? and where should i start?

  • @turtlepress Thanks for the quick reply.

  • 0:25 LMFAO should put that in the "Party Rock Anthem" MV

  • @slouttop There are people doing so, so yes it is possible. Mr. Kim looks like he is in very good condition already. It's always better to be in shape and attempting to be in best shape, rather than telling ourselves it can not be done, or any other excuses.

  • @bryanzellar

also leg strength isnt essential to be a good fighter in taekwondo, footwork is a lot more important.

  • at 0:37, it looks like he's doing the jerk

  • VERY NICE,,,,,HOWEVER CAN HE DO THIS WHEN HE IS IN HIS LATE 50S 60S AND 70S?

IF YES, I WOULD BE VERY IMPRESS.
