The Man He Killed- Short Film (Opening Scene)

Loosely Based on a poem of the same name. This is the opening scene from the Short film Created by 5 friends and I for our 2nd Year final piece at University in 2008. With such a small Production team and a tight budget we each had to take up several roles. my roles included Editor, Compositor, Sound designer and Make-up & Visual FX.

A great learning experience shared with a great group of people. Fond memories.

The American has a french Lebel rifle and the german has a Mosin Nagat? Interesting choice of equipment. You should dirty up the uniforms, soldiers on the front line don't have clean, ironed uniforms.

"Halt oder ich würde feuern" is gramaticaly wrong german. he'd rather shout "stehen bleiben oder ich schieße" or something like that. well another useless comment

awfull wrong uniforms, really poor equipment, east german tunic sized for a gorilla, grey overcoat from something what......but i nice sreenplay

yeah the nazis always had a stick of dynamite on them, its unlikely that they would have run at a n armed man hiding behnd a tree with a gun rather than lay low and fox him out. great film and also abit simple in a moral national sense
