When I first saw that part where the Master yelled "HERE COME THE DRUMS!" and the music came in, I reacted the same way Martha's parents reacted xD Only Great shows can do that to the audience xD

He wasn't really evil. As the Doctor said you look into that vortex and some just go insane. That's what happened to the Master. So I cannot really see him as evil just not quite there in the head.

@inufan95 Precisely. As evil as he is, you have to admire the panache with which he does it, even it is a tad disturbing. As for his looks, I'm not the best to judge, but he seems handsome. 'Course, Martha is more interesting from that angle :), for me anyway.
