Kenny Jack started the band ANGAT In 1979 to the present since the beginning this Band has come a long way through rough times, They released the video Post Time which was distributed around the U.S. in 1986 and been on both MTV basment tapes and U-68 The Power Hour. Since then ANGAT has released on their own label on Cd Anthology Of ANGAT, & their second Cd "ANGAT THE NEXT GERNERATION" Let me tell you listen to the music "SIT BACK CLOSE YOUR EYES AND LISTEN TO THE MOST PROVOCATIVE RockBand

  • Yeah! I remember Midnite Metal with O'Shaughnessy, on WRTN from New Ro. Remember this from the U68 Power Hour too. And when 88.1 WCWP from CW Post college played metal all weekend. They ALWAYS played your requests--I still have a tape from '87 where they mention my name. Also recall when the county fair and flea market vendors at Yonkers Raceway sold TONS of metal stuff--the "record and tape guys," skull rings, patches, those cheaply-printed t-shirts. Kids today missed out on all that.

  • Jeez! I remember this from U68 as one of the few unsigned band videos in revolution on their metal show at night. Lots of memories pouring forth, including matt o'shaughnessy, some of the long gone Greenwich Village record stores and Zig Zag Records, etc.
