Great song and an all-time favorite. Love playing it on the piano. Was composed by Jule Styne,
lyrics by Sammy Cahn for the '47 movie "It Happened In Brooklyn" with Sinatra,Kathryn Grayson, Jimmy Durante et al. Other beautiful ballads in that movie, sung by F.S. It's The Same Old Dream, Time after Time & The Brooklyn Bridge. 2 other songs I can't remember.

This song lights my heart on fire. So much emotion and expressive.I can feel her 'Luckiness'.Its utterly wonderful. Such a pity we don't have songs like this advertised like pop songs today.

@lekhanh94No it is not jazz, it is a love song, a ballad. It has sincere words, a beautiful melody, a superb orchestra and last but not least a good singer. I am please that you enjoyed it.
There is a mass of jazz on you tube. Jazz is such a very personal taste I would hesitate to recommend any thing to any body. A good, fun, starting point though would be "big noise from Winetka" Gene krupa or Ray Baduc. I think I have spelled it right.
I heard this song on julie and Julia and even tho I'm 15 I really like this song. It's pretty and I like how she sings. Kinda makes me wish I lived in the 1940's or 1950's. Lol.
