@malaka5150 damn, how long do you generally stay down there for? I'm in RI so I'm generally at 25-40 feet for 2 mins. There's no point in going deeper than 40 around here since it's usually way too murky.

What's the range on the gun? What depth did you get the Cobia at? Awesome vid!

@MrGsullivan The gun shoots 5m on large fish, and 6m on small fish. Cobia in video was found between 75 to 95ft.

thanks for the good advice.... since we just bought a new boat we will be getting out much more and i have noticed it does help greatly to get into the water as much as possible.

@Jacko4591 Good luck and take your time going deep. I always say, you should be able to lay at the bottom for at least 15 seconds to be able to hunt safely at that depth. If you cant, it's probably too deep for you and it's a matter of time before an accident could possibly happen. Make sure you dive with a buddy at all times.
