One of the best ways to build up stubborn calves is with an exaggerated range of motion, really get a deep stretch in the bottom, then get a full peak contraction at the top. This will help stimulate growth in the calves.

  • And what can I do if don't go to the gym, will I yet the same results ?

  • @PIROMANIACO12300

I'd seriously recommend joining a gym. All of the top bodybuilders train at a gym. Getting yourself a gym membership is one of the best investments you can make in your overall health and fitness.

  • How many sets do u do of this?

  • @Guru4Evaa

3-4 sets will be plenty. This is a very intense way of doing calve raises.

  • Was that your entire calf workout or do you do that burnout routine a couple more times?

  • @Holyarms

I've got a good calve video that you should watch, just search for: "The Best Calve Exercises For Building Big Muscular Calves"

Any form of weight training or exercise could cause injury. But you can minimize the risk by warming up properly and lifting within your means.
