This evening, I notice a lot of what was suspected courtship behavior in my main pair of Harlequin / Longnosed / Orange Spotted Filefish. This is the last few minutes of video, in which the pair went through the motions of what I believe would be an actual spawn, although no eggs were found. I've left the post-spawn footage in until lights-out just to illustrate how closely this false spawn was timed to the lights actually going out (in fact, I wonder if maybe they ere caught off guard and would have actually spawned given a longer evening twilight).
