  • If I lived in this neighborhood I would come up behind him with a bat and break his tailbone. How rude to make a racket to neighbors just to blart your views.

  • Is this the best Karen and Wayne have? How pathetic. Ohhh! How bad these abortion protestors are! How deadly they appear to be with that dangerous ladder and all! Scary! Pro-aborts = someone hit them over the head with a stupid stick.

  • Go to Rockfordprolife (dot) com to learn the true story of this evil death camp.

NIWC has murdered thousands of children in the womb.

  • commanding a higher space (ladder), amplifying noise (cone), alienating name calling (Cuba comment) and gets transfered to people on the street (lady walking by)? Our actions do effect those around us.

Eight hours per week is nothing to blink at.

I'm not sure what the goals of the picketing are... If they're trying to connect with the community to convince women to choose another option, I'd imagine other routes might be more effective and less likely to drive wedges between our people.

  • To be honest- the fact that you pose a loaded question makes it less likely that you'll find the answer you're looking for.

The question I pose is more rhetorical- to cause us to think about the current Rockford community and the immediate needs.

Some want us to see a polarized community, but deep down we all have the same needs and basic desires.

    What seems to motivate

  • Could you clarify that? Who are the people putting out negative energy? The sidewalk counselors who want every child to be loved, or the people who are trying to shut them up with an unnecessary and unconstitutional law?

  • "Those gay babies deserve so much better than what you offer them."

"Go to Cuba, where you belong"

    "What a bunch of morons"

Sorry, just wanted a few lines from the video to stick out for a lighter mood.

Aye, too much negativity brewing. Rockford has many people who are overlooked, alienated and underloved as it is. Couldn't more of this negative energy be channeled in a positive, proactive way with the existing community?

  • A friend who's at the clinic on a regular basis said to me today: "Porkchop, if she can hear anything those protesters do from inside her apartment a block away, I'll kiss your hairy butt and give you an hour to draw a crowd. Beside that, the clinic owner yelling over his loudspeaker is a lot louder than anything they do."

Notice this video is filmed from (at most) 100 feet away from the protesters, and you can't even hear what the guy is saying until he turns twoard the camera. Elyea=Liar.
