got to admit i was purposely looking for something wrong with the video but couldn't find any, it relies on simple gross motor skills rather than fine ones that would have to be conditioned over time, respect ..

@Sharkman3472 Works on 2 levels: First part is simple enhanced World War II combatives. Second part is much more esoteric and trains internal principles similar to tai chi, bagua and hsing-i, etc.
