@GOMBPRODUXIONS I have a 98 Subaru Outback 2.2 NA with AWD as my daily driver and one 02' S2000 with a 2.4L in the Making. I also have a 72 Chevy Truck for Hauling and towing. I am a true Believer that you can't have one car to to all jobs, i think it is better to have several cars and use them for their sole purpose it was designed.
@sscarlos3 I've noticed a lot of people who move from a s2000 to an Evo tend to go back to the s2000 because of how much they enjoy it. I have an ap1 and they are so much fun to drive. I say test out both to see which you like best. Good luck
@sscarlos3 it depends on what your lookin for in a car. If your lookin for a very responsive, good handling out of the box, high revving motor with really nice aero dynamics with close to 50/50 weight distribution then the s2000 is your car. The evo 8 mr you get the vortex generators and carbon fiber wing. It has the smaller turbo on it from the 9, but it's a good well built motor. The stock diverter valve can't hold as much boost as a 9 either. It just depends on what you want. Two diff carstho
@twistedlekyam It would be a different experience for the driver. As fantastic as the 2012 mustang is, having a lightweight, properly sorted roadster in the corners is a sensory experience that numbers can't quantify.

@ger6master Sorry to hear that, I think you were traumatized by human error, not the CR.

@r33f3r
My CR did pretty well this year in STR. It will receive some further chassis setup/suspension tweaking to help put the power down predictably.
2011 should prove to be the year for the S2000 in STR!

How does the S2000 CR seem to be doing in STR this year so far?
