  • @MrSalman479 As I know, there is no such muscles as "prictorilis muscles". You probably ment 'pectoral muscles'?

    In hyperkyphosis the anterior longitudinal ligament which is located on the front (anterior) side of the spine, has shortened during time. The strengthening of the upper back muscles without streching this ligament, is like working against a leather belt. Because ligaments are connective tissue, they don't stretch like muscle tissue, and will need longer time in a stretch position.

  • if youre a guy you might want to try another video because this video is really targetted at females (alot of focus on abs and butt).
