Garbage Day

I have been carrying the camera with me on my way in and out of the house now. The verbal attacks coming through the window have been going on for a long time. The ally way is not lit up, and when our garbage was in the back, the verbal attacks would happen out the back door, or side windows. Theresa would yell profanities about whatever excuse she can find. We decided to keep the garbage to the side of the house because of the verbal threats happening back there. If she wants to yell at us, she will have to do so in the proximity of the front yard, so that others can also see it. She has been on a tirade about the garbage for a couple of months now, but if it is not the garbage, it is, of course, something else.

Today, I tried to say as little as possible. What can you say to people sprouting off profanity, name calling and blasphemy, so I just shake my head, sigh, take a deep breath.

My body was shaking because I had forgotten to put the white dome of energy around me, and as a result, the negative energy got into my chakras.

Now I sit and think about things I should have or could have said, instead of just responding to her accusation, things like simply, "what?", "wow", or "ok, then." I could have possibly used one of many old sayings, like "didn't your mother ever tell you that when you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?", or "You catch more flies with honey."
I cannot change the fact that I didn't say those things and I am not going to feel down about it, but rather, next time (and we all know there will be another) I will try to use an old saying, or something simple. I will stay grounded and ready for filtering energy.
Just goes to show you how important the visualizations really are.
